Shipping & Return Policy

• Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.
• "Any" packages that are returned or shipped with incorrect or missing shipping information selected by the customer during checkout will be subject to additional shipping charges for any corrections (couriers charge roughly $18 for any change in address or correction of an address).
• Couriers (Fedex/UPS) do not accept P.O. Boxes for shipping addresses. If you need to have something shipped to a P.O. Box or via USPS, please contact us previously to placing the order.
• We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and may ship without any notification. Please leave us a comment if you need to be notified.
• Store credit is issued automatically for any low/out of stock items after processing and shipping the order. If a refund is preferred, please leave a comment to “Refund for anything out of stock”.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages with “No signature required” on delivery or any packages that show “Delivered” on the tracking status. We can put in a claim on your behalf but it is not a guarantee the courier will approve it.
• For International orders, Customer's will be held responsible for any restrictions with their Country's International shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.

• We do not offer exchanges on products purchased. If you wish to request a return of a product, please email within 7 days of receipt with your Order Number, Item number, and brief reason for return and return instructions will be provided.
• Customers must email us at: within 7 days of receipt along with the order number and the item number(s) for any damaged items to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on returning the damaged items. Any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and copy of the invoice will not be eligible for return!
• Non-Damage returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping will be customers responsibility.
• All Sunglasses, Hosiery, Socks, Bras are final sale! No exchange or returns can be done for these items.
• Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return!.
• We offer shipping reimbursements on returns for damaged items but the reimbursement amount may vary. Please use only USPS First Class Mail for any returns as we will not be responsible for any signature confirmation or shipping fees exceeding our reimbursement amount we have advised via our RMA reply e-mail.
• Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return!
• A copy of the invoice must be included in the package being returned with the damaged/non-damaged item numbers circled/highlighted along with a brief description explaining the reason for return.
• Please follow all the rules for returns as Wona Trading Inc. will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken. Thank you.
